  1. Aloo Dal Pakoda

Boil and peel the potatoes, once that is done we mash them potatoes, adding a pinch of salt and squeezing in half lemon. Chop the onions, ginger, chillies and coriander leaves and mix it with dal; henceforward add a shot of lime juice mixed with spices. Once the tis done flatten the potatoes and mix it with the dal solution prepared earlier. Make a cylindrical roll and dip it in the beaten egg white. Coat it with bread crumbs and fry it in hot oil. Best served when hot, along with a chutney.

2. Bhang ki Chutney

The main ingredients required to prepare this unique dish is, Bhang (hemp) seeds (50 gms), Cumin seeds (3 gms), lemon (one), Salt to taste, whole red chillies. First, we roast them Bhang seeds and cumin seeds separately. Once that is done we grind them red chillies, cumin seeds and bhang seeds into a fine paste adding a little water. Squeeze the lemon juice into the paste, add a pinch of salt and serve.

3. Mandua ki Roti

Mix mandua pisun (Flour) and wheat flour together so that both the powders are mixed properly, adding water at regular intervals, till the mixture is prepared into a stiff dough. Divide the dough into even sized balls, and rolled out into chapatis. Keep the stove on simmer and heat the chapati till it is baked at requisite levels.
