1. Chikankari work

The technique of creating Chikan work is popularly known as Chikankari. Chikankari is a delicate form of art, embroidered by hand on a wide range of materials: silk, chiffon, organza, etc. Nowadays Chikan work is also done using different colours of thread, unlike the same old white thread, with different embellishments giving it a rich look, and stay at pace with them growing fashion trends. 3. Attars

Attars are scented oils derived from plants, for they are first extracted via distillation, after which they are collected in a sandalwood base and then aged. The ageing period varies from one to ten years. One of the first users of Attars in India were them Mughal kings. With over twenty five different kinds of scented oils, Attars are famous for their fragrance ever since antiquity.
