  1. Alle Belle 

In a deep bowl, we should mix flour, eggs, castor sugar, milk and half the oil together. Further, we need to pass it through the strainer. We have to make sure that we keep the batter aside, brush a non-stick pan with oil and heat the pan. Pour a ladle of that batter into a pan and move the pan, while the batter spreads over the given surface as finely as possible. Cook until the whole mixture is dense and firm. Using a toothpick, flip the crape and cook for another minute . Remove from the pan and allow cooling.

2.Chicken Cafreal

Chicken cafreal is one of the most famous dishes from the state of Goa. Slowly mix all the ingredients one by one, on a timely basis. Gradually add two tablespoons of toddy vinegar to the mixture. Grind until the entire mixture is smooth and surfaced. Keeping the mixture aside in a bowl. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, while you add the remaining toddy vinegar and salt, while you carry on with your cooking. Keep it aside for fifteen minutes after you apply half the Cafreal masala to the chicken, as you let it marinate and let it settle for 3 to 4 hours. Heat the oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook the mixture in medium heat, stirring occasionally, and mostly covered from the top. This dish is best served when hot.

3. Khatkhatem

Crush the teffal in small amounts, and set it aside. Do not forget to grate your coconut. Grind the grated coconut, peppercorns, and green chilies, together with half a cup of water; henceforward create a smooth paste. Boil the vegetables and dried peas in a deep pan.

Add turmeric and chili powder, jaggery, tamarind pulp, rice flour and salt, once all that is done; you will have to mix it well. Add coconut paste, teffal and one cup of water, make sure you bring the solution to a boiling state. Remove the solution from the stove as soon as possible, and serve it hot with different kinds of Indian bread.
